Can't wait for the next spring/summer to make the most of our new furniture, and I'm really pleased with the great deal I snagged during their end-of-season sale.

We purchased a Nova Titan Pergola from Blakesleys. They had the best price we could find and delivered it in just 48 hours. The service and communication were top-notch. I had a question and shot an email to Blakesleys, and they got back to me in under an hour! Based on our experience, this is a fantastic company to work with.

I received just 2 of the 5 items on the scheduled day, while the other 3 were missing from the courier. The tracking system was pretty terrible, and there were no contact details to find out where the other 3 items ended up.

House of Tents was quick to respond by sending replacements. They promised a new arrival date of the 12th, which was a fast turnaround, but once again, the courier is unreachable and the tracking system is still not working right. I can't find an estimated arrival time or any confirmation that it's on its way.

I purchased a Titan 3m x 4m aluminium pergola from Blakesleys. The price was pretty good, and it showed up in a timely manner. This product is top-notch and really enhances the look at the end of my garden.

The order and delivery process went well. I really liked how the furniture looked, but unfortunately, after just a year, the rattan has begun to flake. I get that there’s no guarantee, but I thought it would last longer than this. Now we’re gonna have to replace it way sooner than we hoped, which is a bummer. We also bought more of the same stuff earlier this year, so I’m expecting the same issue to pop up with that too.

I bought a Nova Ciara corner dining set and I’m really pleased with my choice and the excellent service from Blakesleys. The ordering was smooth and the delivery was fast. The furniture looks fantastic and feels sturdy. There was a minor problem with a cushion, but it was handled quickly and effectively. This is a wonderful company to work with. I’d definitely recommend them.

The rattan and cushions are decent, which is why I gave it 2 stars. But the covers? Totally useless! I can't emphasize enough how pointless they are—light rain seeps right through, and they became brittle and faded in the sun, leading to cracks that let in even more water. They barely lasted 3 months. I raised my concerns back then, but was told there’s no warranty. The bigger problem is that I got a dining table with a flawed glass top in spring 2021—there's this rainbow-colored rough patch about 20 inches long. I sent photos to Ian, and he promised a replacement table (which was supposed to arrive last summer). After following up, Ian claimed the table must have broken during shipping, and now it’s not available until next summer (2022). I checked in at the start of summer, and Ian said he’d send one out, but here we are on September 1st, and still nothing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down solutions for manufacturing defects. It feels like Ian is just giving me the runaround. Honestly, I wish he had just been upfront back in 2021 and said he wasn’t going to fix the problem, which would’ve saved me a ton of emails.

Fantastic sofa set arrived from the depot, but they sent the wrong box for the pergola. I reached out to Ian, and he had it sorted out in just 2 days. Great company, and the delivery crew was super helpful too. Thanks a bunch!
